4/2- 30-40 minute run for distance 8x100 build ups 

20-25 minutes for sprints. 8x100 build ups


4/3- 

For time: 7 rounds of

10 pushups/ 20 v-ups(abs)/ 15 squats/ 20 burpees. 

Start the timer when you begin, stop and record you time when you finish.  We will do this again next week to see if you can better your time!

6 x 45 second sprints for distance 2 min recovery 

6 x 15-20 second sprints for sprinters 2 min rec 

5-10 minute cool down

Workout 3/26/20

Hope You all are doing well and staying safe. I know these are challenging times.

I have a workout challenge for everyone today! hope this helps with some of the boredom 

For time: 7 rounds of

I also recommend a 15-20 minute easy run after. I will post another workout tomorrow.
