Varsity Cross Country
Practice next week will be Monday the 9th only.
We will not workout Wednesday the 11th due to Veterans Day .
Conditioning for Indoor Track will be Monday and Wednesday from 4pm to 6pm at the Forge Track. The first day is Monday October 5th. The drop off for Track will be area # 4 which is on the teachers side. If you are late you will not be able to practice.
The schedule is as follows:
4:00 - 4:15- Health Screening and Temperature verification.
4:15 - 4:30- Designation of sub groups with Coaches
4:30 - 4:50- Warm up and Drills
4:50 - 4:55- Water break
4:55 - 5:30- General Conditioning with water breaks
5:30 - 6:00- Cool Down/ Core and exit.
The rules for practice and items you will need are:
YOU will stay in the car until your temperature (100.4 or lower) and health screening are complete.
YOU must have a mask, It is to be worn at all times unless doing a strenuous activity.
YOU must have a water bottle( preferably 32 ounces),
YOU must have signed and completed vhsl physical https://forgeathletics.org/
You must have signed parent consent form https://forgeathletics.org/
You must have emergency card
You will not be allowed to participate if any of these criteria are not met.
Porta Potties will be available.

Monday and Wednesday: 3:45-5:15
Check in: 3:30-3:45
Pick up: 5:05-5:15
