Girls Varsity Lacrosse
We will not practice on bus loop today. If you are supposed to do Impact Testing, meet in Cafeteria at 2:30 as planned. If you have forms to turn in, please do so at 2:30. Workout for today at home as follows:
Run hard for 1 minute- on treadmill or outside if you can. 10 situps, 10 pushups, 10 squats. Repeat x10 with no break in between! Practice in gym on Wednesday from 4:30-6pm.
Team meeting for Varsity and JV Lacrosse will be Monday, March 9, 2015, at 7pm in the cafeteria. Parents and their athlete need to attend. Please bring checkbook for spirit wear.
Girls lacrosse practice will be 5-7 in the gym on Monday, 3/2, and from 2:30-4:00 in the bus loop on Tuesday, 3/3. Announcements for which team you have made will be on Monday after practice.
Practice on Wednesday, Feb.25th will be from 4-dark in the bus loop. Thursday, Feb.26th, practice will be 3-4 in the gym. Friday, Feb. 27th, practice will be 2:30-4 in the bus loop. Tuesday is still 5-7 in the gym.
If outdoor practices are cancelled by the County due to cold weather tomorrow, we will meet in the cafeteria at 2:30 briefly to check physical forms and get correct contact info, and to assign tryout numbers. If we are allowed outside, meet in cafeteria at 3:30, and then we will go out at 4 after paperwork is done.
This is the schedule for tryouts for Monday and Tuesday, February 23,24, 2015. please remember that you cannot tryout if you do not have a current VHSL Physical form on file, or with you on Monday. You also need a stick, goggles, and mouthguard, and sneakers.
Monday: 4pm to dark in the bus loop
Tuesday: 5-7pm in the gym.

Tryouts for Lacrosse will be held the week of February 23rd. A VHSL physical must be on file to tryout! Players will need to bring a stick, goggles, mouthguard, and running shoes/cleats.
Parent info night for Girl's Lacrosse will be on February 17th at 6:30 in Auditorium. Please plan to attend.
Pre Season conditioning will be Tuesday/Thursday this week on tennis courts from 2:30-4:00. To participate, you must have VHSL physical on file at school. Please bring sticks, goggles, and mouthguard in order to participate. Bring water also!
