Concussion tests for all rising 9th graders, all juniors and all new players to our program will take place on Wednesday, June 25th. Freshman at four o’clock during your scheduled weightlifting session and all new players and juniors at five o’clock.
All prospective football players, rising 9th-12th grade, freshman, JV and varsity are expected to attend the parent/athlete information night. This event is Wednesday, July 25th and starts at 6:30 in the auditorium. See you there.
This is the schedule for summer JV and varsity practice. Times can be changed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances and will be relayed to the players and sent out via Twitter @infoforge. All players are expected to be on time each day. Players must weigh in before each practice and weigh out after practice in order to track hydration. Please ensure that your child is drinking plenty of water throughout the summer. After practice, please allow time for players to walk from the practice field, put their equipment away and weigh out. A good rule of thumb is to expect players to be ready to leave 15-20 minutes after practice. There will be times in the summer, especially at the beginning, that we will hand out additional practice items, fundraiser cards, etc., that will take a few extra minutes. Varsity and jv football practice will start July 26th at 7:30am. Lockers and equipment will be handed out during all summer long during summer weight lifting. If you are in need of equipment, turn in your physical or other documents or are new to the program please arrive no later the 7:00am. More information will follow periodically so please check back to this website for updates.
Summer conditioning will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the summer starting on June 18th. Weight lifting starts at 5:30pm and ends at 7pm. Please have your ride here by 7pm. We will hand out equipment and lockers during summer conditioning as well as collecting physicals and all other documents you will need before you'll be allowed to practice. The last day of summer conditioning is Wednesday, July 25th. The first day of football practice is July 26th. The summer dead period is July 1st to July 8th. There will be no football activity at the school during the dead period. Please check back to this website periodically for updates to our schedule as well as other news.
