VHSL SPORTS PHYSICALS FOR 2021-2022 UPDATED
There is a new revised VHSL Sports Physical out now and the form is available for download on the web site by clicking Athletic Forms on the home page.
Physicals for the 2021-2022 school year must be the revised (January 2021) form in order to be accepted.
Below is a short tutorial to walk you through filling out the VHSL Physical Form, and how to turn it in to Athletics.
